Before Sadak 2, Pooja Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt have a mini reunion.

On the occasion of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore’s 77th death anniversary, Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt met up to talk about Sadak 2. The film will release next year on November 15. It is being produced by Mukesh Bhatt. Pooja posted a snap on Instagram where we see Sanjay and her sharing a friendly hug. Dad Mahesh Bhatt directs the moment as he stands near a portrait of poet Rabindranath Tagore. In her Instagram post, Pooja has quoted the Nobel Laureate, “Everything comes to us that belongs to us if we create the capacity to receive it.” The film is a 90s classic and was said to be inspired by Taxi Driver. The film is best remembered for late Sadashiv Amrapurkar’s performance as Maharani. In a statement to indianexpress.com, Pooja said, “Sadak 2 is happening. It’s starting in March 2019 and will release in 2019 but more details of it I should allow my uncle Mukesh Bhatt (to reveal), who is actually the man behind it, who has backed it completely and is making part two a reality. It is his privilege to discuss that and share that.” The new film deals with the issue of depression and is set in modern times.
